From time to time you may want to temporarily mark one or more of your artworks unavailable. For instance, you may want to put it into an exhibit. You may want to go on vacation and not need to monitor your email for sales. Whatever the reason, WaterMediaGallery.com provides an easy way for artists to take your artwork offline.
In your product page, click your painting’s Edit mode. Once in the Edit Product screen, scroll to Other Options at the bottom of the page. Under Product Status you have a Visibility drop down. Click on the box that says Visibility. Choose the Hidden option. Your work will remain hidden from public view.
Don’t forget to reverse this process when you return from vacation!
